When you are learning at your best, you are like what?

Maybe you have never thought about any of your decisions taken and implemented in the past as the outcome of learning.

So, why would you be thinking about problems, turning issues over in your mind, allowing them to preoccupy a considerable portion of your mental capacity for hours, days (even nights!), or months, sometimes even several years?

This may happen because of beliefs and assumptions that might impede learning or, in other words, block us from getting on and beyond. Consciously or unconsciously we are kept prisoners of rules and assumptions we have been carrying with us for some time. As precious and rewarding they may have been – future will always be unknown territory:

The trouble with our times is that the future is not what it used to be.

Paul Valery

We can no longer rely on examples of previous practice to shape the future. Instead, we need to unleash our potential and overcome the fear of breaking tacit agreements when it’s time to abandon them. But how to communicate about what drives us and what we stand for, how to explain our vision of the future and ways we see to take others along? Both can be achieved with the help of a sparring partner, with professional coaching and training, in particular online-coaching. This is what we offer – for you personally, for your team, for your organisation.

Learning how you can cope with tricky situations, getting a clearer picture, expanding your sphere of action, finding a final deal, or just „fail better“ – these can be situations when you are learning at your best, and in all these instances, coaching can assist you in getting ahead.

So again:

When you are learning, and leading, at your best, you are like what?

What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as
what you become by achieving your goals.

Henry David Thoreau
